The Homies leaderboard.
Which realtors get the most out of an AI team, and what that work actually is. Counted from the product database — offers drafted, evaluations run, pages published, deals signed. No chats read. No estimates.

Counts, not estimates
Every figure is a SQL aggregate over product tables. Where a table exists for the work, it is the source.
No chats read
Never a prompt, a reply, a reasoning trace or a tool result. Message roles, timestamps, and the names of the tools that ran.
Members, not staff
Team, founder and demo accounts are excluded from every figure, and first name plus last initial is all any member shows.
The board
Who is doing the most.
Ranked by finished work — every piece of it, added up. Ties share a rank, and a member only appears on a board they actually scored on.

The work
What the work actually was.
Marketing dominates by volume — pages, reports and posts are the cheapest thing to ask for and the easiest to ship. Paperwork is where the hours come back.

Cadence
When the work happens.
Hours are each member’s own, not ours — the histogram below is what the membership’s working day actually looks like, wherever they are.
Engagement
Who shows up, and who stays.
Definitions matter more than the numbers, so each one is printed beside the figure it describes.
Retention
Retention is measured from signup, not from first use, so accounts that never got going count against it rather than disappearing from the denominator. All figures UTC, as of 2026-09-05.

Method
Method and sources.
One read-only query produces every number on this page. It contains no DDL and no DML, and is run through a read-only role.
- Counts, not estimates. Where a domain table exists for the work — offers, signature requests, published pages, captured leads, scheduled jobs — that table is the source. Evaluations, social posts, documents and CRM actions are counted from the names of the tools that ran.
- No message content. The query never reads a prompt, a reply, a reasoning trace, a tool result, or a lead’s contact details. It reads message roles, timestamps, and tool-call names.
- Members, not staff. Admin, company-domain, founder and demo/test accounts are excluded from every figure on this page.
- First name, last initial. No account ids and no full names leave the database. Each member carries an opaque hash and a short name.
- Showing up is a human act.Streaks, active days, peak hours and the engagement figures count jobs a member started themselves. Scheduled and automated runs are counted as jobs, never as showing up. “Workflows built” means built and run at least once.
- Timezones.Peak hours and streaks are in each member’s own timezone, taken from the schedules they set. Engagement and retention are UTC.
- Retention is measured from signup, not from first use, so accounts that never got going count against it rather than dropping out of the denominator. Day-N means still active on day N or later; the exactly-on-day-N figure is printed beside it.
Counted through September 5, 2026. The export re-runs monthly.
