How realtors use Homies.
The work an AI team actually does for real estate agents — counted from the harness, ranked, and sourced. No chats read. No estimates.

Sourced and dated
Every figure says where it came from and the date it was true. Nothing is estimated or rounded up.
No chats read
Aggregate metadata only: counts of offers, pages, posts, jobs. Member conversations are private and stay that way.
Rebuilt monthly
The harness export re-runs each month and this page rebuilds from it. The data date is printed beside every number.
Headline
The numbers.
Homies is a team of specialist AI agents that a realtor briefs in plain language. This report counts what that team has done. It is built from three kinds of source, each labelled on every figure: harness telemetry (aggregate counts from the product database), member records (accounts, waitlist, community), and the codebase (what the harness can do, counted from its skill manifests).
Jobs run
18.7K
Every ask a member sent that ran to a result — a quick MLS lookup, a CMA, a full campaign build — across every chat since the harness opened in May 2026.
- Conversations
- 3,798
Chats opened with a Manager Homie in the app, on Discord, or on Telegram. Background and scheduled runs are counted separately.
- Specialist runs in the background
- 2,843
Sub-agent sessions the Manager spun up to work a piece of a job in parallel while the member kept chatting.
- Scheduled jobs set up
- 163
Recurring prompts members have created to run unattended on their own schedule — each one owns its own chat.
- Members active in the week of August 24
- 92
Distinct member accounts that sent at least one ask that week.
Cadence
Activity by week.
Jobs run per week across every member, from the first week the harness took an ask (May 4, 2 jobs) to 2,889 in the busiest week so far, the week of August 24. In the latest full week, the week of August 24, 92 members sent 2,889 asks across 1,126 chats. Hover or tap a week to read it.

Top asks
The ten asks we hear most.
Ranked by how often they come up in onboarding calls, support threads and the weekly community call — the telemetry ranking replaces this ordering once the export runs. Each one is a plain-language ask; each one ends in an approval step before anything is sent, posted or signed.
- 01
Draft the offer
Paperwork“Make an offer on N1234567 for my buyers, $50k over asking, 60-day close.”
The first thing most agents try. The offer comes back on the right OREA forms with FINTRAC ready, and it goes out for e-signature only after the agent checks every term.
- 02
Weekly seller report
Operations“Every Monday, pull this listing’s traffic and showings and draft the seller update.”
ListTrac, REALTOR.ca, BrokerBay and Meta Ads numbers in one email, drafted for approval. The job that used to cost an hour a week per listing.
- 03
CMA or home evaluation
Research“Build a CMA for 52 Foxacre Lane and publish it as a link.”
Comps scored and adjusted, reasoning shown, delivered as a branded page a seller can open on their phone.
- 04
Just Listed and Just Sold posts
Marketing“Create a Just Sold post for 18 Bayview Ridge and publish it after I approve.”
A branded carousel and caption from the MLS facts, posted through the member’s connected accounts.
- 05
Manage this deal to closing
Operations“We’re conditional on 61 Spicebush — run it to closing.”
Every condition and deadline pulled from the agreement, calendar reminders set, inspectors emailed, the client kept informed.
- 06
Ads and lead funnels for a listing
Marketing“Run ads on this listing with a landing page and follow up with every lead.”
Landing page, lead form, ad creative and first-touch follow-up in one build, launched after budget approval.
- 07
Book my showings
Operations“Book showings for the Hendersons on these six MLS numbers Saturday afternoon.”
Route with drive time, requests placed through BrokerBay, calendar blocked, itinerary sent.
- 08
Run my follow-up today
Follow-up“Who should I call today, and what should I say?”
The CRM triaged into a call list with the message drafted for everyone else — the daily habit that used to take an hour at the desk.
- 09
Monthly market update
Marketing“Turn this month’s board numbers into a carousel and an email for my database.”
Cited numbers from Homies Stats, one story that matters, a home-evaluation offer at the end.
- 10
Launch this listing
Operations“Help me launch 936 Somerville and crush it.”
The full seller checklist, dated and on the calendar, with the feature sheet, MLS copy and launch posts drafted.

Members
Who is using it.
Realtors in Ontario first — the harness is wired to TRREB and ITSO data through board agreements — and, through the US and Canada listing skills, agents elsewhere in North America. Most members are individual agents; a growing share arrive through brokerage bundles.
- Member accounts
- 222
Accounts on the platform across the cloud plan, brokerage bundles and dedicated installs, including staff.
- Cloud sign-ups in the first four weeks
- ~70
Self-serve cloud accounts onboarded in the four weeks after the cloud plan opened.
- Waitlist sign-ups
- 2,000+
Agents who joined the waitlist before self-serve sign-up opened.
- At the weekly community call
- ~25
Members on the weekly onboarding and use-case call, beginners and power users together.
One member’s stack
“I quite literally run my entire real estate business on this platform.”
Daniel Foch, Homies co-founder and a practising broker, on a member onboarding call in September 2026: sixteen active listings each get an automated seller report every Monday built from ListTrac, REALTOR.ca and Meta Ads data — a job that used to take him over an hour a week; every listing runs ads with a landing page and lead follow-up; showings are booked through BrokerBay from the cloud browser; deal management runs each condition to closing from the accepted agreement.
Method
Method and sources.
Three rules govern every number on this page.
Counts, not estimates
Harness figures are SQL aggregates over the tables the product writes to when work completes — offers, e-signature requests, published artifacts, captured leads, schedules — plus tool-call names on assistant messages.
Nothing read from chats
No message content, prompts, reasoning or tool results are read or stored for this report. Members are ranked by aggregate counts only, and appear anonymously unless they have agreed to be named.
Dated and rebuilt
The export runs monthly. Every figure carries the date it was true; the page rebuilds from the export file, so a number never drifts from its source.

This edition's export covers accounts, conversations, jobs, background runs, schedules and weekly activity. The per-kind counts of finished work — offers, CMAs, pages, posts, follow-ups, showings — and the member ranking are added once the tool-level export is validated. Until then they are left out rather than estimated.
